Kind of makes the whole, closed on Sunday policy look rather pretentious. They close for faith reasons, but promote homosexuality? Seems a bit confused.

I already went to Popeye’s to try their chicken sandwich. I was avoiding them out of loyalty to Chick Fil A, but now it is becoming just another chicken joint.
Maybe you should go check out their drive thru menu, order a load of stuff, then when you get to the window to pay, say “Oh wait, YOU’re the people who quit funding the Salvation Army...nevermind,” and then drive off.

How about instead of dropping funding for fine organizations like the Salvation Army, to only fund LGBQTXYZ proponents to “expand your market”, you just add the other to what you already fund? Why drop a superior organization and replace it with what is fringe?

Most conservatives are pathetically lazy, and won’t exercise the courage of their convictions, at least not long term. I’ve seen it in my own family, who raves over Starbucks and the Homo Depot.

I generally wonder about the politics of charities, anyway, even the Salvation Army and any other charity that’s beyond suspicion.

I actually spoke with a Samaritan’s Purse representative. They were not concerned at all with the Covenant House pro homosexual affirming policy. The rep said, “The good they do outweighs the bad.”
Now I’m wondering how much Dan Cathy donates to Samaritan’s Purse?
