Another classic example of what's wrong with America... In many states she could have claimed innocence under the new "late term" abortion laws that are really "post-birth" abortion laws...
In her case it was just very, very, very "late term" (27-years)...

I believe you are misreading the situation. If a twin brother killed his twin sister, he would be gone for life.
The issue is that women cannot be held responsible for their actions. The court once again reaffirms this adage.
