He said in his testimony he was in a vehicle when the IED went off under the vehicle. He stated he was slightly injured, was treated, and returned to duty THAT AFTERNOON.

I would require video, audio and witnesses to even buy this weak story.
Interesting. My son was in Iraqi Freedom. They hit an IED and were blown 20 feet in the air and landed upside down. They all walked away. Son has some hearing issue, had slight concussion as did the others. No purple heart for them.
