At 8:15pm last evening Washington Post journalist Devlin Barrett posted a supportive article for the CNN (Manu Raju) news exclusive that outlined an “FBI Official” who was under criminal investigation as an outcome of the inspector general review of FISA.
The original WaPo article by Devlin Barrett noted the FBI official was actually a “line-level” lawyer who worked “under FBI Agent Peter Strzok.”
At 12:15am, the WaPo article was significantly edited, two more journalists (Ellen Nakashima and Matt Zapotosky) were added to the byline. Unfortunately, no explanation or notation of the changes were given....... If you have followed the case closely, the intentional removal of Peter Strzok in combination with the explanation of the lawyer’s FISA responsibilities; and in combination with prior reporting of FBI lawyer 2; it seems pretty obvious the line-level lawyer was Kevin Clinesmith.

Its November 22nd the 56th anniversary of the JFK Assassination for which the media blamed the City of Dallas and rightwing voters. So just as the official explanation was “Oswald acted alone”, their explanation for the conspiracy against Donald Trump will be “the lower level FBI acted alone” and that will be the end of it.
Liberal media pissing in its pants because they know the jig is up. Trying too look fair and balanced. It’s too late as we have so much of their own garbage to use against them.

They’re hoping that this guy gets thrown to the wolves and the investigation ends there, but I don’t think that’s the end of it.

Clinesmith is a lawyer and FBI agent who worked on the Hillary Clinton email scandal investigation, the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, and the Mueller team.[1] Clinesmith is reportedly one of four investigators fired from the Mueller probe for extreme bias. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are known to be two others of the four. The fourth conspirator remains unidentified.
Clinesmith questioned George Papadopoulos on February 16, 2017; Clinesmith asked no questions about Prof. Joseph Mifsud, whom Papadopolous told the FBI in his previous interview claimed the Russians had Hillary Clinton’s emails.

That doesn’t do it for me. These people have loooooong since crossed the rubicon of remotely trying to appear objective and informative.
There has to be a reason that CNN and the WaPo of all places are getting this out there.
I’ll admit that I’m confused and throwing darts, but my best theory so far is that they’re trying to muster the deep state troops to rally together and view this as an attack and circle around the pins that are about to fall rather than scatter.
