He advocated for conservation of the environment that really was conservation of the environment, not power grabs to stop nebulous threats, nor designed to shut down logging, farming, or combustion engines. He also had shooting range on the WH grounds. He recovered from debilitating childhood respiratory ailments, and despite them projected an image of robust health and a cheerful, extroverted mannerism that DJT mirrors.
