A campaign event for former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, who launched a late Democratic presidential bid last week, reportedly was canceled Wednesday evening when only two people showed up.
Patrick was scheduled to speak at Morehouse College in Atlanta, a historically black men's college located not far from the site of Wednesday night's Democratic presidential debate. The event was organized by students from the New Deal Democrats.

Cause he wasn’t invited?
patrick thinks he’s the new obama. Sorry, not 1/10000th of obama’s charm and personality.
Second AA president just doesn’t have the same historical significance as the first.
Nancy Pelosi has sickened her own Party on impeachment and all other forms of politics. I would bet last night’s debate had the smallest audience ever, watching on tv.
@ Whorehouse even
Bwahaha
I did not realize that the Devil’s first name is Patrick.
They are all racists!
I find this a very interesting report. I had Thought that Patrick would engage Bloomberg for the middle. That middle includes black slaves on the atlanta acreage of the democrat plantation.
Apparently not
His Wookie! Oh man, that’s too funny.
The glaring thing the media is silent on is just how bad the 12 Dem candidates are, no wonder the long knives are out for Trump.
One version of Hell is trying to play Musical Chairs to rap music.
Probably deval and his mother were the only ones there. Hahaha.
Hard to believe but Hussein is now too moderate for the American Bolshevik Party.
Was Patrick one of the people who showed up?—didn’t seem to eager to run. . .
to = too
Please clap.
I don’t doubt Obama wants the Dems to win - especially against Trump (as a comparatively “clean” outsider); given what is coming out about the spying on Trump, I’m sure Obama must be concerned about facing charges himself. All Dems would feel better if a “regular” Republican was in office because they can make deals; Trump is uncovering a lot of dirt on them, and will make no deal.
After his next rally the NYT headlines will be breathlessly proclaiming “Patrick’s Support Doubles In Only One Month!”
