Admirals who think they are dictators...
I’ve briefed a lot of admirals. They can certainly be arrogant.
Apparently, times have changed in the military.
I believe the Naval term, often heard when underlings transgress, “Mr., I’m GOD on tis Deck!!!!” in loud and thunderous voice.
