Where did you get these crazy ideas? LTC Vindman is a Active Duty Officer detailed to the NSC. Those officer can wear a uniform, but rarely do in this job. You have leaped to conclusions that are insane. Either his superiors at the NSC or the Intelligence Committee told him to wear his uniform. I suspect that the Intel Committee Staff did this (my guess is that he willingly and gleefully complied). Certainly the Army had nothing to do with this. Vindman is a dirt bag, but he appears to be doing exactly what his superiors at the NSC wanted done. He may have lied at the hearing and he may have illegally passed information to Eric Ciaramella, and he may have committed other offenses. But, that has yet to be established as fact and supported by evidence.
This guy is a willing stooge of the deep state coup conspirators. He believes that he will rewarded for his deeds when the Democrats prevail. More likely, he will be thrown under the bus by the Democrats, his Army career will come to a screeching halt, and he will find a job in some left wing think tank. But, I doubt that he is court martialed.
Nunes is going to trap Vindman about using someone’s computer without authorization to try and change transcript of phone call. Vindman denied using someone’s computer without authorization. I think Vindman is lying.

Vindman’s superiors and his Commander-In-Chief has once seen him wear his uniform during the clown show. I have no idea why orders didn’t come on down from HIGH that he was NOT to wear his uniform during the clown show THIS time. That SHOULD HAVE happened!

The enlisted oath and the National Guard officers oath both pledge or affirm or swear to the president.
If a person becomes an officer not having gone thru either of those, there is no pledge or affirm or swear to the president.
