Joshua 10:12-13 - " Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon. So the sun stood still, And the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge Upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day."
About 4 corners of the Earth, it is a figurative expression that is translated from Greek.
The Bible mentions the four corners of the earth in Revelations and Isaiah, the ends of the earth in Job, and in Matthew 4:8 the Devil takes Jesus to a very high mountain and "showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in all their splendor". All implying a flat earth.
Anyway . . . It is clear you have an axe to grind with God
Not at all. It's just that unlike you I don't see the Bible as a science book.
re: “All implying a flat earth.”
Ha! Limited perspective; you’ve never heard the term “tropospheric ducting”.
Wrong again!
God can set aside natural laws to accomplish his will.
Again you quote something that was clearly figuratively speaking.
Anyway, you can lie and deceive people about the Bible and your idle words you will be judged for.
I never said that the Bible was a science book. I said you were wrong about what the Bible says. So like the liar that you are, you lie about what I said just like you lie about what the Bible said.
None of that implies any of that at all.
