Sounds likely. The report’s supposed to be about 500 pp long. Nine days is a reasonable amount of time for the media and the Senators to read it, digest it, and ask reasonable, informed questions about it. Just about as long as it takes to read a book of that length.
A few of them might read it. Most will have their staff members read it and highlight stuff and give a synopsis.
