They are cooked in a gas powered machine with wire grate conveyor belts and such. I had the same concern when they started selling them. Surprised it took so long for someone to capitalize on the situation.
Their burgers are cooked on grills, and they tell you that their impossible meat burgers are cooked on grills.
They also give you the option to have your impossible meat burgers NOT cooked on grills.
They’re cooked on a vented grill, not a flat-top griddle like Mickey Ds.
