Who cares what a chicken sandwhich salesman donates to?
The radical activists who have boycotted and demonstrated against Chick Fil A care a great deal about who a chicken sandwich salesman donates to. They created this situation.
If I understand it correctly, it seems that starbucks will only be carry out & delivery, NO MORE in house service.
You don’t suppose that someone woke up to the fact that YOU CAN NOT open your doors to ‘all’ and allow ‘all’ to lounge in your establishment, make it so you need 3 FULL TIME HEAD CLEANERS, (at the NEW 15ph minimum) take extra precautions to make sure all needles are removed, take into consideration that after ‘years’ of dropping trou and going (either 1 or 2) that ones drug, alcohol induced mind etal doesn’t ‘aim’ as well anymore.
I can honestly say that the ONLY time I ever ‘frequented’ starbucks is on the Jersey turnpike when the OTHER coffee venues were closed for cleaning or their ‘leased franchise’ demanded they be closed???
If starbucks goes under tomorrow, I will not ‘miss’ the overpriced gimmick dump that purely caved in to all the LIB groups

Tons of commentary will be written about this decision by Chick-fil-A. But your post says it all.
My usual policy was to eat at Chik-fil-a whenever I read of someone protesting against them for their founder’s views.
I guess that ends today.

Seems the next generation of CFA leadership is not as committed to the issues as the prior generation.
CFA really needs to reconsider this and stay with the ones that got them to where they are.
Why should any corporation donate to charity? Return the money to the shareholders, who own the company, and let THEM give to the charity of their choice, or it keep it for themselves.

Same. I went there once. Seemed nothing special. I never got the CFA hype. Never went back.
So if their apartment building is leveled by a tornado or hurricane, they wouldn’t accept assistance from The Salvation Army or Southern Baptist Relief? They would sit in the street in their skivvies until a LGBTQIA+ supportive agency arrived?
If that happens, I’ll admire their commitment to their principles!
So quite literally any Christian-based charity will be off the table now.

How long before bible believing Christians and Jews have to wear a yellow cross or yellow star of david for identification as a “bigot”.
OK as long as they aren’t donating to charities pushing LGBT views. Some charities help anyone in trouble.
Are they also supporting same sex marriage?
Maybe a short, polite note to CFA informing them that if they drop Salvation Army and other CHRISTIAN groups that you will be dropping them.
Enough ‘letters’ to that effect will surely make them either change their mind or at least quit pandering AND publicizing what they are doing.
IMNSHO, the ONLY reason they are publicizing it is to ‘gain favor’ thus suck up or pander to groups that aintagonna be impressed anyway, they will just find another ‘cause’ to slap you down with.
