If Edwards wins, media will talk about it non-stop as a loss for PDJT. If Rispone wins, it will be crickets.

The exact opposite can be said of Free Republic.

True. But trump needs a win. We’ve been slaughtered 3 elections in a row.

In 2015 there was little enthusiasm for Vitter and this time there is no enthusiasm for Bel Edwards and lots for Rispone.

Also, liberals have no reason to get out and vote for Bel Edwards as he is very Pro Life.

However, with good weather, you can expect high voter turnout in New Orleans.

The only poll that counts is the number of votes counted on election day. Incumbent Dem Edwards got less than 47% of votes in the primary. He will probably fail to win the runoff today.

After the last primary election for US Senate in LA, the well-known and long term incumbent Dem Landrieu was forced into a runoff by failing to get more than 50% of the votes. Cassidy (R) easily beat her in the runoff, even though the “polls” and “news” media falsely claimed the race was “neck and neck”. Anybody looking at the primary vote count could see she was doomed.

The same thing will probably happen in the LA governor race.

BTW, reports are that no sitting LA governor has ever won reelection after being forced into a runoff.

Twitter pollsters don’t seem to be paying much attention.
Hope that means they expect the Rs to win.

Voter turnout was heavy in my parish. Much heavier than in the primary. Not sure if that was because of the runoff between 2 GOP candidates for sheriff, or because of the gubernatorial runoff.

Orleans Parish is the only parish not reporting votes yet. The Cheating fix is being set into place for Edwards. But....while I think tons of African-Americans turned out to vote....all of them did vote for John Bel Edwards...it appears from the vote count available at this time....Stay tuned!!!

Same thing happens in the live results of every single election. The GOP candidate steadily drops in percentage of votes as the results come in and the Dem candidate steadily increases in percentage of votes.

Every. Single. Time.

Why?
