Shots were fired in the bleachers during a high school football game in Pleasantville Friday night, according to a NJ Advance Media reporter who was covering the game.
Two people were injured in the shooting, according to ABC.
Pop, pop, pop. At least have a dozen shots in Pleasantville bleachers, reporter Kevin Minnick tweeted.
With approximately five minutes left in the third quarter, I heard multiple gunshots coming from the Pleasantville bleachers. At that point, everyone was just screaming to get down, Minnick said moments later.
Fans scrambled, and there was a lot of screaming. Ive been doing this for better than 30 years and this is the first time Ive experienced something like this first hand, he added.

Here in NJ some ballot measures failed because they didn’t want to use existing tax revenues for security - they wanted it on top of the mass of money we pay our public school teacher caste for 180 days of part-time work. Our property taxes (which fund the schools in non-minority areas) are already among the highest in the country; no need to make them even higher.
