Probably got permission to speak out so he could hold his seat. Will be interesting to see how the flipped seats vote when the impeachment vote takes place. I live in the 2nd District. I can guarantee you he will not win the seat in 2020. This is Trump country down here (except for Millville and Bridgeton) . I would bet my house on it. Candidate Trump won by 4.6% in 2016. I think President Trump will win the district by at least 10%.
