An even more egregious infraction was stepping out of his jurisdiction. POTUS is obviously not in ICIG jurisdiction. Atkinson persisted against express and controlling DOJ/OLC direction. Atkinson is a lawbreaker, the weaselblower is a lawbreaker.
You likely know this, but the "firsthand" requirement in the whistleblower form reflects statutory anti-retaliation language that appears in a separate (from ICIG 50 USC 3033) but related statute. The "firsthand" requirement protects the whistleblower by providing a presumption in favor of the whistleblower in case there is retaliation.
ICIG can take reports based on hearsay, but he puts the whistleblower at risk when he does so.
Changing the form is evidence that the rot runs deep and wide. Big players like Atkinson, Ciamarella, Strzok, those players are just the tip of a much bigger rot. For every one of them there are a hundred or a thousand of similar mind but less power.
If Obama won’t be indicted ( he won’t be), and Hillary won’t be indicted (she won’t be), then we need to have a congressional inquiry to establish exactly what level of American politician is above the law, and inform the American people thereof. We should then change their titles to “your highness”.
Our safety in 2025 depends on that.
We cannot even expect Obama to be exposed for presenting forgeries of his Selective Service registration and his Long Form Birth Certificate. Sheriff Joe Arpaio assembled a team of international forgery experts, who found over 19 hard proof points that Obama used the birth certificate of Johana Ah’nee as the template for his forgery. It is open and shut. Yet, no one cares.
I remember hearing the term “birther” for the first time here on FR. A poster was calling other posters this name when pointing out the lies of the media and Obama concerning this issue. Justice Thomas made a comment that the court would not address this issue with a ten foot pole.

Since Schiff said he does not know who the whistleblower is,the Republicans should subpoena Eric Ciaramella just as someone who worked in Ukraine and they want to know if he knows anything about the ambassador,then see the reaction

I have never seen anything like the full blown censorship that’s going on with Eric Ciaramella.
I still chuckle about the look on Philippe Reines face when Mollie Hemingway mentioned Ciaramella by name. He looked ready to pop!
Then, watch Schiff's reaction.
Since Schiff claims to not know the identity of the so-called whistleblower, then raising that question should not phase him. It would be like asking him, "Do you know Jack Smith?"
If Schiff reprimands the questioner for outing the whistleblower, then the questioner can say "I didn't out him, Mr. Schiff, you just did."
