Project Birmingham was used to study the effect on voters with fake Russian Bot Twitter accounts... Roy was outspent 10 to 1 (with the RINO congress not helping him). Roy had so called conservatives campaign against him. Trump pushed another candidate until the end, and did not go in state to support Roy. Shelby suggested the public vote for a 3rd Party candidate.
