And apparently it is a “runoff”, if someone get’s 50%+1 in the primary it’s over, this is unlike the normal procedure in regular Cali elections when it goes to the top two regardless if someone get’s over 50% or not.
Meanwhile the regular primary for the next full term is also going on, March 3rd.
