When I golf, my handicap is my swing!
Golf is a sport where the ball usually lies poorly but the player well.
True sports require risk to life and limb, e.g. bull fighting and motor sports. Therefore golf is just a game.

Haha. The headmaster of my high school was fond of comparing guys’ SAT scores to bowling scores. At that time 200 was the lowest SAT score (math or verbal) and 800 was the highest.
I do not agree.
Many extreme sports are solitary affairs in their nature. Men may learn a lot about themselves but still only manage to learn little about others.
Golf of course is not a team sport, so don’t think I’m saying the opposite is true if it. It is simply a less risky form of sport where a man confronts nature and circumstances on his own.
Exchange the word “sport” for “game” and I’ll agree with you. Any dweeb can “play” golf. Get on a sport bike and race it around the track at 180 mph with other men and now you have a sport!
So baseball isn’t a sport?
