Obambi did when he because a dictator and legislated with his Executive Order creating DACA out of executive whole cloth. Trump was perfectly within his executive powers to eliminate a previous President’s executive order, especially an illegal one which had usurped the Legislative Branch’s authority to propose and pass all legislation. That was NOT President Obambi’s purvue. Trump was putting things back to status quo so the original law would and could be enforced.
