In what way on a court? Do you think it’s more apt to be accepted if it’s a bigger majority?
I think with elections the bigger the majority you get, the more you feel like you have the mandate of the people.
Do you think a 7 2 vote is less controversial and more acceptable to the opposing side?

I just HATE that it was used in the context it was in the article. Like spoiled kids who didn’t get their way.
I just think degree matters in everything. How liberal a politician is. How big a win by a football or baseball team or a SC vote. Life is not just a binary exercise.
