The fraud is YUGE here in York County; insecure voting machines down, paper ballots, scanners not working etc.

Until proven otherwise, the mandate to revert to paper ballots appears to be deliberately inflicted on the state which put DJT over the top in order to prevent that from ever happening again.
The DemonKKKrat powers that be want the voters to make their selections in an atmosphere of intimidation with minimal (if any) privacy.
