Well, I don’t follow who’s “in” the closet or who’s “out” of the closet like you do. :-)

Napolitano proves that Trump was right in not selecting him. You can’t be a judge if you are going to whine whenever things don’t go your way. Trump is wise beyond his years.

And does he still work at Fox?

I can’t stand that man. His legal judgments are a testament to why he is no longer a judge.

Trump put out a list of people he would consider for Supreme Court nominations back in 2016 and so far both picks have been from the list. I don't think Napolitano was on the list.

The lady who is on Fox during the hour before Tucker Carlson, whatever her name is, was interviewing Napolitano last night, but there was a problem with the cable reception, so I heard the very beginning and very end of what Napolitano had to say, but missed 30 seconds or a minute in between. I figured he was saying something negative about Trump but didn't know exactly what.

The Judge has some kind of an axe to grind.
The People of this great nation have decided to change course by electing Donald J Trump as President of the United States.
The ‘Interagency Consensus” of the past is NOT working in case you didn’t notice. We have!

I don’t either. My wild, uneducated guess is that Trump and Napolitano were probably at some party together. And Napolitano hinted that he wanted a Supreme Court appointment. And just to be polite, Trump said he would consider it.

Napolitano took that to mean “You’ll get the next appointment.” But there was no appointment. So Napolitano is out for revenge.

Bingo! Waters - “The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That’s going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.”

Thank you to brilliant and highly respected attorney Alan Dershowitz for destroying the very dumb legal argument of “Judge” Andrew Napolitano....

....Ever since Andrew came to my office to ask that I appoint him to the U.S. Supreme Court, and I said NO, he has been very hostile! Also asked for pardon for his friend. A good “pal” of low ratings Shepard Smith.

That Fox has this ignorant politically bigoted clown on makes Americans question their fitness as a “news” organization

How is a “legal analysis” this fundamentally ignorant of even the most basic legal principals still employed?

Here is the problem for the Democrat Fascists and their toadies in the Fake New Media. We will let them assume EVERYTHING is true and accurate in the “transcripts. We allow this nonsense of hearsay, feeling and assumptions to be allowed as “evidence”.

There is still no crime here. Nothing in the “transcripts” displays a crime

If Quid Pro Quo is a “Crime” Joe Biden is guilty of one while VP. Watch the video of him bragging about it.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2019/09/27/flashback_2018_joe_biden_brags_at_cfr_meeting_about_withholding_aid_to_ukraine_to_force_firing_of_prosecutor.html

The President would have a legal obligation to investigate this “crime” So if it is a crime, Trump was doing his duty, it is is NOT a crime what Biden did, neither is Trump guilty of anything.

It is either a crime or it is not. It cannot be a crime for Trump but not for Biden. If it is a crime, Trump is legally obligated to help investigate Bidens actions. .

Either way there is no legal standing to this continuing farce in the US House.

“Considering” doesn’t equate to being nominated. A lot of people are considered for the Supreme Court. Not all are nominated. Napolitano probably has some secrets in his homo closet that would make him unfit for the position. Perhaps President Trump did him a favor by not nominating him since we know the Democrats would have marched out any male law clerks who could claim that 25 years ago, the Judge inappropriately touched them, or forced them to have non-consensual sex.

Alan Dershowitz says President Trump has committed no crimes. I believe Professor Dershowitz much more when it comes to the law than Judge Nap.
