Well Trump is Prez so his memo trumps Obama’s.
End of story.
The SCOTUS has no say in it.
Period.

More complicated than that. Many legal scholars say Obie didn't have the authority to start DACA.
It was justified by saying law enforcement priorities and the decision to forego prosecution is an executive branch decision.
However, that would not cover the decision to issue work permits. Therefore, Obie went beyond his authority.

“judge” Andrew Scott Hanen is a Smirking Chimp [Dubya] judge who “grew in office”, it seems.

In a serious world, you are correct.
The dems are not serious, although they pretend to be.

The policy was unconstitutional in the first place, courts should have stopped it. Shame on them for stopping Trump from fixing their mess.

The courts should kill DACA. It is unconstitutional AND every time Congress has had a chance to legalize it, they have rejected it. Kill it and deport all of these illegal aliens and their families. All of them!

Partner, yes, we did not vote for these Swamp creatures that are part of the 3 million employees of the Government in D.C.
We already know that "The America Hating Piece of Work Obama" hired a bunch of these "Giant Sixth Grade Brains" to stay in their jobs to subvert the next POTUS.
The wicked MSM is doing their best to help out the DemonRat party right now but the DemonRat will fall flat on their posteriors and cry like they did after President Trump won the election in 2016.
A lot of Soros money is falling into the Rats coffers but it has its limits since too many DemonRats have their heads up their posteriors. Just taking a look at the ole Judge Roy Bean Schiff for Brains will tell you how they feel right now since he is the Judge, Jury, and Executioner.
The Rats are not too bright bringing up these Impeachment Hearings right now when our 2020 elections are around the corner. They are going to lose big time and then President Trump can do his job.
Partner, like a lot of Freepers know that Republican Rinos do not like President Trump and they will have to lose their elections big time. A lot of Freepers are looking at the current Polls for President Trump and a lot of Republicans at least over 90% will vote for President Trump and a lot of Rats are coming to the side of Republicans.
Also, a majority of Independents are polling over 60% for President Trump.

The only legitimate ruling the Court should make is that the Trump policy was an administration policy ending an existing administration policy. US courts have no business creating an authority that a current administration has no authority to cancel a previous administrations policies.

If we do, it could quite well be the tipping point. At some point, it comes a time where the defense of the country is morally imperative. And we’re getting further and further down that road.

At issue before the justices is not whether the administration has the power to rescind the program, but how it chose to do so. DACA recipients need considerations before reversing a “long-standing policy and subjecting 700,000 individuals to deportation to unfamiliar nations where they may not even speak the language.” CNN
Once again the law is being debated on feelings and not The Constitution
