As I understand it, the stock doubled under his tenure. He should get some credit.
I have no problem with his severance, and I’m sure he’ll find another lucrative position.
But some people can be brilliant at one complex thing yet lax and stupid about something as simple as hiding an affair - or choosing their affairs wisely in the first place.
