"Sometimes Republican voters can be as stupid as Democrats."

Amen to that. One of the reasons I disassociated with the GOP over 20 years ago. See tag line.

And then we found out who he really was.

Oh well, in the spirit of reconciliation, I call for clemency. I also recommend Brutus and Cassius for the Senate.

Oh that’s nothing. You want to see some “group think” stuck on stupid, say something about Ann Coulter being right about a topic. People scream nonsense about eating cheeseburgers for an hour without ever refuting a single point she’s made.

@Teacher317, watch the long knives come out headed for my back for not going along with the “Group Think” that permeates FR these days.

I don’t see any group think here. It seems to be about 50/50 for and against Sleepy Sessions. As expected his run to return to the Senate is very divisive given his nonperformance as AG. If Sessions can’t stand the heat of a genuine primary contest he should get out of the beltway kitchen.

"Sometimes Republican voters can be as stupid as Democrats."

demoncrats stupid?
Evil? - yes...
Perverted? - Yes...
Communist? - Yes...
Criminal? - Yes...
Liars? - Yes...
Psychotic? - Yes...
Unpatriotic? - Yes...
Ugliest women? - Yes...
Pansy men? - Yes...

However, considering the damage they have planned and completed in the destruction of the former Constitutional Republic,
"stupid" - No...

The word "stupid" should be reserved for the GOP as a whole for allowing (often aiding & abetting) the destruction of the Republic to go on for over 100-years...

I recall thinking when he recused himself from the Russia Investigation that he did so from a sense of integrity but that it would come back to bite him.

"A person of integrity" who was going to recuse themself should have informed Trump before the nomination hearing. And he should have made it crystal clear at that time how extensive his recusal was going to be.

A person of integrity would not have verbally supported Rosenstein, Mueller and that baseless investigation for many months.

, watch the long knives come out headed for my back for not going along with the "Group Think" that permeates FR these days.

You should stop hiding behind personal attack and your claim of victimhood and instead address the issues that many critical thinkers, not "group thinkers" are pointing out.

Not a victim here. But thanks for proving my point.

I see you have been here a while as well.

I learned long ago that unless one wanted to get into an back and forth to respond only to those with whom I agree. As the “exchanges” with whom you disagree eventually end up with the use of invective in a scurrilous manner.

Also learned long ago that I don’t have to have the last word.

Be my guest.

“I’d vote for Doug Jones before I would Sessions.”
_____________________________________________________

Sorry, but that’s just dumb!
Sessions was WAY over his head as AG, and pulled some sh!tty cr@p, like recusal but he’s better than Jones. Even to just keep the Senate, he’s better than Jones!

Best US Senator over the last 20 years. He’ll win easily, thank God. Morning Joke can go pound sand.

You're the one who came onto the thread and accused everybody who disagrees with you of being "group thinkers".

Perhaps if you didn't do that, the exchanges that you experience would be different.

Just pointing that out.

Without Stephen Miller, Sessions is in a boat without oars. He showed himself and we don’t need an anchor.
