I watched Matt Bevin on live local TV broadcast saying it. I was watching the KET/WKZT kentucky television broadcast when Bevin came on and said he was NOT Conceding the race. They are looking into multiple irregularities that was reported.
Good. Drag it out. Plsu the Dems game, win or lose fight til the end.
