On Monday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View,” while discussing the failed 2020 presidential candidacy of former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX), co-host Joy Behar commented on O’Rourke’s calls for a ban on assault-style weapons.
Behar said, “They should not tell everything they’re going to do. If you are going to take people’s guns away, wait until you get elected and then take them away. Don’t tell them ahead of time.”
Co-host Meghan McCain said, “By the way, that’s what people like me think you’re going to do, so I appreciate his honesty.”

The sad part though is many voters do not know it- many independents- even some republicans I’m afraid- Those low info republicans who could be swayed by ear tickling propositions made by lying liberals- They think “Free? Did someone mention Free? Well by golly sign me up”

We know full well what they have planned for/ to do to us. They know and some of us know that they fully intend to do it. If we allow them to do it, we have no one to blame but ourselves. The “if” train has pulled out of the station. The “when” train is due for arrival, eta unknown at this time. But it is headed toward the station.

Stalin had the NKVD, the Red Army, and a disarmed populace.

In America we have police chiefs, sheriffs, and the BATFE, who often operate at cross purposes and have turf to protect. The military does not have a mission to go door to door and if they do, the people’s recognition of their special status will evaporate and armed resistance will break out.
If local law enforcement sends hired goons to kick in doors, then the war is on.
Without registration there is no confiscation without bloodshed. When Red Flag laws are abused to punish political opponents, then shots will be fired.
States with mandatory registration laws are confronted with 90% noncompliance but the flying squads have yet to be sent out. Same has proven true in New Zealand, it turns out.

By the way, Joy Behar has done nothing but provide ammunition to the cause of gun rights. Now voters can assume that any Democrat who is not calling for confiscation is lying.
