According to recent reports U.S. Attorney John Durham and U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr are spending time on a narrowed focus looking carefully at CIA activity in the 2016 presidential election. One recent quote from a media-voice increasingly sympathetic to a political deep-state notes:
“One British official with knowledge of Barr’s wish list presented to London commented that “it is like nothing we have come across before, they are basically asking, in quite robust terms, for help in doing a hatchet job on their own intelligence services””. (Link)
It is interesting that quote comes from a British intelligence official, as there appears to be mounting evidence of an extensive CIA operation that likely involved U.K. intelligence services. In addition, and as a direct outcome, there is an aspect to the CIA operation that overlaps with both a U.S. and U.K. need to keep Wikileaks founder Julian Assange under tight control. Yes, very likely true. The depth and width of this plot to remove the president has no precedent. These crimes MUST be totally exposed and plotters punished accordingly.
Well they’d better release him, or Trump can release the data on how MI-5 participated in an attempted coup against the President of the United States

There are so many angles in the subject, it is even hard to follow them from the article.

I’m not sure that MI-5 did. There were retired British intelligence officers who did.
On the state department level, the actors may be British officials. Both in England and in Australia.
The entire plot does that. The truth of this will probably never be fully revealed. It is too damaging.
But it should all be exposed to daylight. And the plotters punished.
The main impediment to fully exposing the crimes and plotters is that BOTH parties cooperated to violate the Constitution by allowing the Kenyan from Indonesia into office.

I don’t think this exposed will lead to civil unrest or war. But the effect would be huge.

Barr heads the DOJ, why does he not get to the bottom of the Assange issue? What is he waiting for?
