Trump took aim at House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, who has faced controversy for his handling of the impeachment effort, and called on Republicans to release their own transcripts.
"If Shifty Adam Schiff, who is a corrupt politician who fraudulently made up what I said on the 'call,' is allowed to release transcripts of the Never Trumpers & others that are & were interviewed, he will change the words that were said to suit the Dems purposes," Trump said in a tweet Sunday evening.
The president suggested that Republicans "should give their own transcripts of the interviews to contrast with Schiff’s manipulated propaganda. House Republicans must have nothing to do with Shifty’s rendition of those interviews. He is a proven liar, leaker & freak who is really the one who should be impeached!"

The title of this thread is the truth, and President Donald Trump is correct in stating this fact.
Schiff is a known liar who cannot be trusted to not edit the transcripts.
I imagine when he got in front of a podium and said he was stating honestly and truthfully what was in the transcript of the “call” he was confident that Trump would not release the REAL transcript so he could be sure everyone would believe his false declaration.
Trump TRUMPED him masterfully!
When I wasn't sure how I'd vote I took a huge amount of time to go back and read, watch his videos current and all the way back in his interviews and history. The one thing that struck and amazed me was his consistency in what he believes of this country, politicians, the state of the world etc.etcetc.... as well as his belief he had the right to take a stand and fight against unfairness as he saw it.
Nobody convinced me to vote for Trump.......He did...and that with his fighting spirit and determination to win whatever fight he took on....He truly is a fascinating individual...and yet with all that He has a tender heart few people see because he doesn't want it to be known except for those people he guninely shows it to. He prefers the press writes abut his fighting, even if it's unfavorable, and said so.
And yes he plays his cards....but with meticulous focused precision.

I didn’t do the research and examine President Trump like
you did, but I also was finally convinced to vote for Trump
by what Trump said himself, not others.

I did think though that Schiff did his lyin’ screed before the transcript was out.
Well as I posted to another poster.....He does so with “meticulous focused precision”.....and his target is always stunned first, like two fighters in ring, then they have to regain their balance in order to take their swing back, by then Trumps ready for it.....He knows who he has to target and why. Even when we aren't certain what he's up to or understand, he does.
Pelosi didn't even remotely 'get it' when she stood at the Syrian meeting pointing her finger and melting down insisting he tell her what his agenda was for Syria.... that on the other side of the table were those who knew they were very close to grabbing El-bak-dadi, that the plans were in motion to get the guy...... Stunning ignorance and stupidity on Pelosi's part as her stunt put her out of the loop entirely of being informed then and more than likely on any other issue of " top security".
Kind of ODD how Buck was reeled in by the cops after being a free man for YEARS AFTER HIS CRIMES, and JUST PRIOR to Adam DipSchiff going on his impeachment binge.
The TIMING of these recent events are far more worthy of investigation than the events THEMSELVES:
1) Epstein's murder
2) Ed Buck's arrest
3) Al-Baghdadi raid
I think the Deep State wanted all 3 of these men SILENCED.

Well enoough of this...glad Trump also convinced you. That's how it should be rather than just going with the masses....you can always join in with them once your're convinced the man is your man as well. Even when it takes you longer to decide. I've never regretted waiting...but it did cost me doing so.
