The little people should live in caves, eat turnips and ride in donkey carts. Lear jets are for the important people, like Leonardo.

How dare they?

The new private jets are expected to be bought by multinational companies and the super-rich over the next decade, each of which will burn 40 times as much carbon per passenger as regular commercial flights...

And the beat goes on...

They added without a hint of irony that critics “will not silence us” and they will not stop flying around the planet...

Or pontificating, apparently. The toxically obnoxious Greta is stuck in the home of the brave and the land of the (carbon) free trying to thumb a ride to her big moment in the spotlights in Spain with all the high rollers, under the assumption that hey, they're going anyway so it's sort of carbon neutral, right? Don't worry, dear, AOC will build you a train.

Why must be the rich be such arrogant hypocritical jerks?

This is a mystery of life.

Your own jet gives you a better chance of just skipping out without being observed.

Sure, you can and probably will get caught at it, but if you're already IN a nation with no extradition agreement with the USA ......

I read 1500 private jets flew participants into Switzerland for the last Davos conference on climate.

Regarding title of referenced article, somebody please translate english to english for me.

Are private jet owners possibly selling their jets to each other in the name of politically correct carbon optics?

After all, you sell somebody your “evil,” carbon-producing private jet expecting that they are going to use it to keep making carbon.

What am I overlooking?

25,000 people? The UN really knows how to throw a party! They’ll probably have to fly in hookers.

The United Nations has confirmed around 25,000 people will fly to Madrid, Spain, next month for 11 days to attend the world’s annual climate conference, called COP25.

If they canceled the conference, they'd fix the problem.

Hmmm... I wasn't aware that private jets and yachts, used by these communist scum, are being built totally by robots...

So, all this continued carbon generation by people with money has no redeeming economic benefits to anyone...

Evil scumbags!

First, the liberals and weirdos screw up commercial travel, then they demand no one travel privately.

Just REVOKE their passports for committing planetary genocide. Leave Syria as the only country that will accept them as climate refugee’s.
