The eastern German city of Dresden has passed a resolution declaring a Nazi emergency.
In a policy statement, passed by the city council on Wednesday night, councillors noted that anti-democratic, anti-pluralist, misanthropic and right-wing extremist attitudes and actions, including violence in Dresden, are occurring with increasing frequency.
We have a Nazi problem in Dresden and have to do something about it, said Max Aschenbach, a councillor for Die Partei, a satirical political party, who initiated the measure. [ ]
The anti-Islam and xenophobic PEGIDA movement began in the city in 2014. PEGIDA, which stands in German for Patriotic Europeans against the Islamization of the West, organizes regular rallies in the city.

“What about all the ones who migrated here and have 2nd homes?”

You know of some former Dresdenite total moronic looney-tunes leftists of the stripe being discussed who are in the US?
They got to be in their late 90s. Yes - they’d be a royal pain-in-the-a$$, I’d guess, but I can’t imagine they’re much cause for much concern either way. Let ‘em die out in peace.
“Its kinda like, lets keep America American”
—
So you wanna turn America Pakistani (or what is your preferred culture/civilization over America)?
I’m not sure how, in your bizarre fantasy, they could be both the pre-war US and wartime-current Dresden at the same time, sorry.
I like Kraftwerk and Rammstein.
The incident was in Dresden, but there are other cities who had similar problems. Any Dresdenite who may still be here from the post 45’ era are long gone by now. You’d be lucky if you found a former HJ still alive.
Yeah, WW2 Dresdenites are pretty much gone. It seems that either they sired some stupid descendants or some new people moved to Dresden and are demanding, along with the rest of the EU weenies, more Islam to take over the continent.
The Germans made some great music in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
Speaking of East Germany and music stuff - did ya know that John Kay - singer and leader of the band Steppenwolf - escaped from E.Germany with his Mom when he was 4 years old? ...................https://youtu.be/9xi4O4RvlnQ?list=RD9xi4O4RvlnQ ,,,,,, Yeah and so did she. The difference is, when I was there in the early 80s they wished someone would throw her back over the wall.
I hadn’t heard of this group, so I did some reading, and advise others to do the same before they go off half-cocked on them, or on Germans, for that matter. (I write that as one of 50 million Americans of German descent.) Tommy Robinson is PEGIDA, and I see supportive posts about him here frequently.
Interestingly, the group in Germany likens itself to the anti-Nazi resistance.
Or possibly the Monty Python silly party?
Louie, “We shouldnt have stopped the bombing as long as there was one idiot German left alive there to procreate.” Sounds to me that you would have made an excellent Nazi. How many babies were cremated during that attack? How many women and children were murdered as fighter pilots strafed fleeing refugees? The German come in a poor third in the mass murder contest. Hollywood puts out new propaganda films every year. The war has been over for 74 years. People of limited intelligence eat this up. It makes them feel so superior.
“Sounds to me that you would have made an excellent Nazi.”

Oy. Leave it to someone who’s been taught reasoning skills in government schools to not realize that the enemy in WW2 were literally actual Nazis.
But then again, every one is a Nazi these days, so it’s pretty much par for today’s hyperbolic internet hysteria. Ah, well.
Remember to vote for Malcolm Peter Brian Telescope Adrian Umbrella Stand Jasper Wednesday (pops mouth twice) Stoatgobbler John Raw Vegetable (sound effect of horse whinnying) Arthur Norman Michael (blows squeaker) Featherstone Smith (blows whistle) Northgot Edwards Harris (fires pistol, which goes ‘whoop’) Mason (chuff-chuff-chuff) Frampton Jones Fruitbat Gilbert (sings) ‘We’ll keep a welcome in the’ (three shots, stops singing) Williams If I Could Walk That Way Jenkin (squeaker) Tiger-draws Pratt Thompson (sings) ‘Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head’ Darcy Carter (horn) Pussycat ‘Don’t Sleep In The Subway’ Barton Mannering (hoot, ‘whoop’) Smith!
You have to understand that that period of time was part of the American heyday.
By harkening back to that time, we can point at other peoples crimes against humanity and ignore the 60+ million Americans murdered in the womb.
Nice one but I like Luftwaffe’s better:

No, you have a Frau Merkel problem.
Precisely.
“We have a Nazi problem and we need to do something about it”

The Blues Brothers had it right.
Thanks. That is history not a fantasy. There was a German-American Bund - even remember it being talked abut by my folks as a kid.
