Reading this kind of nonsense from a guy like Napolitano reinforces my view that lawyers should be ineligible from serving in any government capacity except as legal counsel for government clients.

What we are witnessing here is the natural consequence of having a nation run by lawyers ... where even the ordinary course of an elected official conducting government business according to the letter of the law is subject to scrutiny and held up as "crimes" by some @sshole who isn't even employable outside the fields of entertainment or academia.

“.lawyers should be ineligible from serving in any government capacity...”
___

I totally agree. I’d add bankers to that prohibition and maybe even medical professionals.

What even worse is “Judge Nutjob” here is demanding that everyone just deny all basic US legal principles and simply decree the President guilty because Judge Nutjob wants that outcome. This argument made in a high school mock court would be laughed out of the room. How is a “Judge” this completely ignorant of basics US Legal process?
