Last week found Republicans in Congress complaining loud and long that the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, along with the House Oversight and Foreign Affairs committees, all bipartisan and under the leadership of Rep. Adam Schiff, were violating the rules of the House of Representatives by interviewing witnesses about impeachment behind closed doors. They derided Schiff's hearings as a "secret impeachment." President Trump called the hearings a hoax. When some pointed out that the initial round of government interviews of witnesses is always conducted behind closed doors to facilitate candor, Senate Republicans supported the president and condemned the House process. Nevertheless, the House rules, which were adopted in 2015, when Republicans had the majority, clearly authorize the process that Schiff, D-Calif., is utilizing. Not to be overshadowed by their Senate counterparts in their anger over this process, about 30 House Republicans, not on the interviewing committees, physically stormed the Intelligence Committee hearing room last Wednesday morning and occupied it so as to bar the scheduled interviews. By midafternoon, they had tired of their stunt and peacefully departed.

All due to an obsessive love fixation on Rachel Maddow. Which she did not return.
All that love in vain as Robert Johnson would say. Makes one melancholic.
My guess is that the judge has a young girlfriend that is a Trump hater and he is thinking with his small head.
Either that or a stroke as his change in sides was very fast.
Quite an unholy trio we now have. Eddie Munster, Judge Nap, and Rino Ryan.
So he’s even complaining about the republicans who went to protest these secret hearings. Did he find something in the legal statutes or in the Constitution that calls for secret hearings on impeachment?
Also, his argument on “process” is laughing infantile. Tainted process produce tainted outcomes. That is Law school 101. How is supposed “Judge” this completely ignorant of all basic legal principals? It also pretty shocking at a supposed “Legal expert” of a suppose “News Organization” is so willingly to throw out all basic US Legal principles of “Due Process” and “Innocent until prove guilty” in his pathetically desperate attempt to just decree Trump “guilty”.
In short, “Judge” Nutjob here wants to decree the President “guilty” and forbid any one from presenting facts or testimony that prove his emotionally hysteric rabidly ignorant opinions completely wrong.
Affectionately referred to as “Uncle Buck”.
“When some pointed out that the initial round of government interviews of witnesses is always conducted behind closed doors to facilitate candor,....”
Wait a minute. Where the hell did he get that from?
Candor because no one knows what you said? That’s a great system. /s
Actually given the way he basically regurgitating Schiff’s nonsense, I have to wonder if Schiffy and Judge are dating?
If Mueller found plain sight evidence of collusion with Russia, then why did Mueller conclude that there was no evidence of collusion with Russia? This is total nonsense.
He defeated Hillary—that is an obvious criminal offense! ;-)
Andrew Napolitano: Married Man Or, Gay?
Unspoken Love Life, Gay Rumors
The 67-years-old Andrew Napolitano prefers to keep his personal life close to his chest. Though he is vocal in regards to his profession, he has not spilled any information on his love-life.
As he has maintained low keyness in his personal life, it has brought more curiosities regarding his love life. But no information about his romantic union has ever surfaced out. He has neither been spotted with anyone nor is found being in an affair with someone who can be given his wife tag.
The Heavy magazine on 17th March 2017 also quoted Andrew, who stands tall at the height of 1.6 meters (5 feet 5 inches), to be single and unmarried. Thus, Andrew is yet to share a husband-wife relationship.
However, the low profile on personal life and the status of being unmarried despite the old age has aroused speculations for Andrew to be a gay. The gay rumors hit the gas when Andrew reacted to the Country’s rule in legalizing same-sex marriage and openly talked about the domestic partnership.
He quoted that people prefer calling a same-sex couple as a domestic partner because the legislatures can’t use the word” marriage” for such relationship. His talks on such topic fueled the gay rumors even more.
He wanted a real judgeship, but was left with just his media voice, so like Bolton it’s good we learned that Napolitano’s loyalty would have only gone so far, and not far enough.
What even worse is “Judge Nutjob” here is demanding that everyone just deny all basic US legal principles and simply decree the President guilty because Judge Nutjob wants that outcome. This argument made in a high school mock court would be laughed out of the room. How is a “Judge” this completely ignorant of basics US Legal process?

Please go under your rock! And thought I respected you at one time!
The guy was a state court judge in New Jersey -- one of about 350 such judges at any given time. He was a judge for less than eight years, and he never retired as a judge. He resigned almost 25 years ago and apparently works now as a third-rate entertainer for a sensationalist tabloid cable news network that gears its programming toward an audience with an IQ of about 95.
