AFAIK in US it is not rape if the victim was unconscious due to voluntarily intoxication which is practically the same.
It East Europe rape is mostly defined as an intercourse which is both against the will or BYPASSING the will of the victim.
At 14 a girl is not the only one to blame for her being unconscious with 5 young men.
At 18? probably.
After 21, there’s no one else to hold responsible.
