During the House's historic vote to set the ground rules for the impeachment of Donald J. Trump, members shouted and booed as the votes popped up in lights on the wall above them.
Why it matters: The Legislative Branch embarks on its ultimate weapon against the Executive Branch with the two parties locked in corners.
You could see Republicans shaking their heads as the "Yea" votes soared. Speaker Pelosi lost only two Democrats; no Republicans crossed over.

Imagine you were accused of something and the judge could forbid your lawyers from allowing your witnesses to testify. Imagine you never got the chance to face your accuser or to question them. Imagine the judge already determined your guilt and talked about it publicly. That’s the kind of America Rep So and So voted for. Do you really want someone like that representing you?

The problem is that these investigations take time...Look at the IG report. Every 2-3 months we are told that it is due any day now. ..and this is a very limited investigation. I think the left knows that any investigation by Barr and Durham can easily be stalled beyond the 2020 elections. After that, when they take over, Barr will be replaced by a Deep Stater and everything will be shut down
