President Trump has an impressive way of driving his most virulent opponents bonkers. He baits them, he gets a rise out of them, and being pompous nincompoops, they always end up beclowning themselves.
He was at it again, still on the dog stories, following the shiv he stuck into the side of Islamofascist terrorists in the wake of the raid he ordered on ISIS chieftain Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi over the weekend, the one that left al-Baghdadi a grease spot on the desert floor.
Trump freaked that bunch out earlier by touting and praising the dog who chased the "pious Muslim scholar" back into his hole to blow himself up. As Thomas Lifson noted two days ago here, it was a hell of a psy-op, not just ending al-Baghdadi's reign of evil, but messing with Islamofascists' heads, fully cognizant of Islamists's problems with dogs. That al-Baghdadi ended up being taken down by a dog is embarrassing. Power Line has a great collection of the assorted memes from it.
Trump decided to pour more salt into these monsters' still-wounded pride by tweeting an obvious Photoshop of himself, placing a medal around the neck of the heroic dog. Its light blue ribbon suggested it was a Medal of Honor, but the pawprint on the medal itself signaled, as if the crude Photoshop itself couldn't, that Trump was jacking with them, and making a nod to America's appreciation for dogs. It wasn't just raging terrorists that he bagged with that one, though. He also roped in another more pajama-y class of opponents, the outraged press, which set its best investigative reporters onto the case, reporting the stunt with gravity, offense and outrage, going full Victorian gent, as Tom Wolfe once put it.

It’s really too early for me to tell if he’s the BEST PRESIDENT EVER, but one damned thing’s for sure... he’s absolutely the most ENTERTAINING PRESIDENT EVER IN MY LIFETIME!

When I first saw this picture and then read the media’s reaction to it, I knew then that President Trump had pulled his best one yet, I laugh until I ached.

Very entertaining stuff. It’s too bad no one is prosecuted for crimes from the Democrat party, or that the long awaited reports weren’t being held up by mysterious forces for so many months. That would, in my opinion, trump any facile trolling being done.
Without law enforcement, there is no law, and the inmates appear to be running the asylum without fear.

I agree. Only truly deranged leftists cannot appreciate the great sense of humor that our President has. He has a hilarious way of turning their perceived self-importance and self-righteous attitudes against them.
We need to get some tee shirts made up that say “Trump Made Me Look Stupid” to send to these morons when the President gets the best of them.
My SIL is both a nevertrumper and a massive dog lover. I posted this photo on Facebook thinking at last something we can bond over but she called it fake news. I told her it was a joke and to lighten up. She said she can’t lighten up when Trump said Bigdaddy died like a dog. I pointed out that Muslims hate dogs and that comment was aimed at Isis. Waiting to hear.
Is it possible that Trump's election to the Presidency caused actual brain damage in people? 
Thus the saying, they are blinded (to reality) by their hatred.
I don’t see what the problem is, animals have received medals and rank in the military before.
