Here's a laughable article from that this so-called judge. Believe when I say that I did NOT want to post anything written by this Trump hater, but Folks, this guy is the main judicial reporter on this channel. To date just about everything he says is crap.

But, here's the one line in his article that sums up his agenda. You're not going to believe what he writes. Ready?

"Congressional Republicans should be careful what they ask for. Their defense of the president has addressed process, not proof. The proof is largely undisputed, except by the president himself. It consists of admissions, testimony and documents, which show that Trump sought to induce the government of Ukraine to become involved in the 2020 presidential election.

Specifically, Trump held up $391 million in American military hardware and financial aid to Ukraine – which is at war with Russia after the Russian seizure and continual occupation of what was until 2014 a Ukrainian province – until Ukrainian prosecutors commenced a criminal investigation of former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter."

I can't believe, that this guy is/was a judge, and secondly they keep him on this station. You ever notice that he seldom appears on Tucker, Laura or Hannity? The man is a joke, and this article is also

As Mark Levin said. Wrong! It’s start with rules and a process. Without process we don’t have the merits.

It is a coup that is without merit. Any other questions?

A Judge, presumably with legal training, and he says this?

A flawed process produces a flawed result. 'Twas ever thus.

Especially true where politicians and/or lawyers are involved.

Most true where politicians and or lawyers from the Rodent party are involved.

The fairness of the process determines the substance of the truth. Maybe if the Judge gets a DUI some time he will think the process is necessary.

And the main reason why fox news is quickly losing any credibility they once had

In other words, according to Judge Nappy, due process referred to in the Bill of Rights is unworthy of notice.

This jackass is simply a Never-Trumper. Any and everything concerning President Trump that this jackwagon comments on he gets wrong and/or backwards, and that is by design.

Although there are plenty of idiots who will “believe” the nonsense Napolitano spews, there will never be enough to justify the why of Fox News allowing him to continue with his nonsense.

Of course, he would be a perfect fit for CNN.

Always Wrong Napolitano.

So, Judge “dumbass” Nappy is perfectly happy with secret Star Chamber persecutions ...

It’s the ridiculous process that destroys any *possible* merits.

When the Democrats finish, the argument won’t have actually be advanced - only the narrative.

This creep Nap. was a Trump fan and approached The Donald for a Supreme Slot.
The Donald laughed at him and immediately Nap became a never Trumper.
Hey Nap, you are pathetic pal.
