Embattled Rep. Katie Hill is set to give her last speech in Congress on Thursday before she resigns.
The California Democrat announced that her final floor speech will come Thursday afternoon after the vote on the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
“I will join my colleagues to vote to affirm the impeachment inquiry and then deliver my final floor speech,” Hill wrote on Twitter.
