HERE is the ENTIRE Biden appearance at the 2018 CFR meeting. This contains his “6 hours” and “son-of-a-bitch” remarks.
But Wait! There’s so much more to it than what you may have already seen. The YouTube video is 9 minutes long. Note that Biden is warned that his comments are “on the record.” See what Biden says about Trump’s failure to continue the effort to pursue Ukrainian corruption.
If you’re familiar with Google and YouTube policies, then you might have already realized that this is a hard video to find!

Hard to believe YT has left it up so long. Looks like Karl Rove in the first row that turned his head around in the first few seconds. Anyone else see that?
Biden’s first remark “I don’t want to acknowledge you guys are spying on the intelligence agencies.”
If the entire membership of the CFR was imprisoned, solitary confinement, for life. The USA and the World would be better off.
I recommend getting a screen capture of the video and keeping it for yourself.
It could disappear at any time. Who knows?
One other thing, you’ll notice that the original link appears that the front of this video. The original link has the entire CFR meeting. This video is only the portion of the meeting dealing with Ukraine.
