It is time to start shuffling bureaucrats, moving them out of long-held positions into new ones. Since (for the most part) you can’t fire them, they stay for decades in one place and create their own little fiefdoms and pass regulations that if proposed a law would never be approved. We have a large number of Democrat government employees who hide behind the protections the American Taxpayers have given them. While hiding behind this shield, they strike out at Republicans. The protections given by the American Taxpayers are no longer a shield. They are a sword that Democrats use to advance their interests.

Partner, I have cousins that work in government positions and the last one just retired last year and he is a member of the Rat party. He is a prime example of your statements above.
