An Ukrainian-American advising the Ukrainian government against the interests of the US government.
Not as bad, I guess, as John F. Kerry advising the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong at the Paris peace talks against the interests of the US government...we weren't at war with Ukraine. At least this guy will never be the Democrat nominee for President. Remember, if the Democrats had just stuffed more ballot boxes in Ohio in 2004, Kerry would have won the election.

Sounds not so much like evidence so much as opinion. Being uncomfortable with a phone call doesn’t quite reach a standard of proof.

Perhaps, but it is the same paygrade. And if you get assigned to the NSC then that indicates to me that the generals don't think you'll embarrass the service (in either case). Don't forget. Schiff is leaking all this cr@p. We don't actually know what the colonel said under questioning, only a pull quote from his opening statement.

He’s either a Ukrainian spy or a Russian agent trying to destroy US-Ukraine relations.

If he did defy orders from his commander-in-chief, then why isn’t he being court-marshalled?

DU ha the FBI does investigations on US citizens but they are too busy investigating Trump. and you just don’t name a political opponent with a foreign officer on an open channel. you have minions for that like Giuliani.
