Ditto for my small town in Kentucky.
I ditched our little three-day-a-week local paper (soon to be a two-day-a-week paper) for the same reason. I thought if I had to see anymore of Clarence Page and Eugene Robinson columns and the rest of the Non-Stop leftist propaganda I was going to puke.
People around here do take the Courier. They’re always trying to get you to sign up Kroger. I always politely tell them that the Courier is a highly biased paper with extremely low standards of Journalism. Also that I really don’t give a damn what goes on in Louisville except how it directly affects me.
A lot of ways I like Louisville, but I don’t like the constant parade of cars with coexist bumper stickers and fron yards with signs that say just be kind.
Laf, you got all those “just be kind” yard signs there too.
It is amazing the ignorance of the coexist and just be kind folks thinking being nice is a human trait. Not the Christian teaching it is.
If they would just look at other cultures they would see coexistence is not only absent in many. But totally stamped out in most.
