I love blue cheese but I think I’ll stick with what I can get at Trader Joe’s.
Trader Joe’s blue is my favorite, but the Creamery is in my town and they really do make excellent cheeses and import other scrumptious ones. There are tables full of sample containers - including the RR Blue. The Creamery is definitely worth a visit if you’re in these parts.
Any cheese I leave in the fridge for too long becomes blue.
Yeah, you can get Swiss gruyere or emmentaler for a lot less.
