Obama White House photographer says photo of Trump watching deadly strike on ISIS leader Baghdadi was STAGED because time stamp suggests it was taken two hours later
Pete Souza expressed suspicion about the photo of Trump in the Situation Room in a tweet on Sunday
He noted that the timestamp indicated it was taken at 17.05pm on Saturday - over 90 minutes after the 3.30pm raid reportedly took place
Many people shared support for Souza's speculation that the photo was posed
The chief official White House photographer for former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama has suggested that a snap of President Donald Trump watching the deadly strike on ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was staged.
Pete Souza, an outspoken critic of Trump, tweeted the photo, which shows the president stone-faced alongside US military top brass, and noted that the timestamp indicated it was taken at 17.05pm on Saturday - over 90 minutes after the 3.30pm raid reportedly took place.
In doing so, Souza appeared to charge that Trump was not actually monitoring the situation when the photo was taken. Several users cited media reports that Trump returned to the White House at 3.33pm after spending his morning on the golf course Others came to Trump's defense and asserted that the raid could have continued through the time the photo was taken Souza acknowledged that possibility, tweeting: 'Before drawing definite conclusions about the photo, reporters need to nail down the actual timeline' Souza has been critical of Trump on many occasions in the past He served as chief official White House photographer for former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama

You really want to go there Mr. Photographer?
NOT.
Trump said at the presser they watched the raid in near real time.
Did he ever say, “This is us watcing the attack?” I don’t think so. It looks like an obviously posed commemorative photo to mark the occasion. Why does the press think 1) he has to do everything the way Obama did, and 2) he’s always trying to copy Obama = orangemanbad!
Orange man discriminates against colors "of color"!
While it was going on Trump wasn’t worried about pictures. They probably waited until they got confirmation he was dead then took a photo. Completely logical.
“Did he ever say, This is us watching the attack?”
“Oh, there’s another piece, you missed one over there.”
“The president says you just missed a piece, look to your left. It looks like a testicle.... there, you got it!”
Epic LOL!
The thing that bothers people like Zuck at CNN is they couldnt do any show prep.
That and Baghdadis spokesman was unavailable for interviews because he took a dirt nap too.
Pete engages in truferism. When will Twitter suspend his account?
From the press gang that deliberately publishes unflattering pictures of him.
Even if the picture was taken two hours later did he expect them to just get up and go about their business like they were watching a ball game?
Why was Obama sitting in the corner and dressed so causually? They had to haul his arse off the golf course and he got there late. Once again the Dems accuse Trump of doing exactly what they do but to no avail. I will always believe that Ponetta gave the order for the raid to commence and not Obama. Obama got to the party late.
The information on the file is when it was created.
A professional photographer will open the original file and immediately save a copy and rename it. Then the original file is closed.
If you edit the photo and save it in a new format (and I think this photos background was photoshopped) the new file will have its origination date when it was saved.
The point is that the photographer did not release an unedited, original file. Therefore, the exif information is that of the image released, not necessarily the original.
There are programs one can use to dig deeper in the file to identify the file information, how it was created, the shutter trigger number, etc.
I think this is much ado about nothing.
These reporters are truly idiots. During his press conference Trump said they gathered at 5 PM, then later said, around 5 PM. The time stamp is 5:05 PM.
