Senator Bernie Sanders believes that the super-rich and large corporations are actively working against working class Americans and in an interview with CBS News compared some of the ultra-wealthy to drug addicts. Ending corporate greed was the theme of a five-stop, two-day swing through Iowa this week - marking his return to a first in the nation state since suffering a heart attack 25 days ago.
"There's always been greed in this country - no question about it. But I think 40, 50 years ago, the big money interest in this country made a decision that they were going to go to war against the working families of this country," Sanders told CBS News in an interview Friday.
"I think there has been a decision on the part of corporate America and the corporate elite that says, 'We want it all,'" he said.

The Bernster has three mansions and is looking at another. Never underestimate the greed of the leftist radicals.
So says the millionaire socialist who is different
I saw that interview and was thinking what a hyporite! Also, as the liberals want the rich to pay for their free give-a-ways the rich need to be pampered and not vilified. Senator Sanders needs to be reminded of that fact that not all rich people are greedy and selfish; the same goes for corporations.
The consummate greedy politician. What’s yours is mine mine mine......
Breadline Bernie bought a vacation home on Lake Champlain after losing to Hillary - but most likely it was a bribe to keep him silent about Hillary stealing the Democrat primary in 2016.

Bernie got shirtless and drunk with Communist Soviets in the 1980s - yet he was given a clearance with access to the highest secrets in the U.S. because of his elected political position. A member of the armed forces or a Federal civilian who had done the same thing would be toast.

These commies are addicted to power. They’re like ticks and vampires sucking the blood of hard working people. They need to be exterminated. Figuratively speaking,of course. He he.
But it is somehow wrong to compare Communists to NAZIs?
Socialists like Sanders are the dangerous kind of greedy, for their lust for absolute power over your life and your freedom, as set forth in our Constitution, will not be satisfied until they literally have the power to say who lives and who dies. Young people in this country who are in love with socialism which is the forerunner of absolute tyranny will be the victims. Once they realize how they supported such a revolution before their brains were fully formed, it will be too late.
He should know, eh, Bernie?
I was recently granted access to attend a Silicon Valley startup’s board meeting. True, they did discuss making money. But the focus was on creating (and protecting via patents) a world class product that is the first of its type anywhere. They were excited by bringing a totally new technology to market. They were excited by the potential side businesses and about bring jobs to America. (I was there as the user/developer for a side business.) The focus of the meeting was not money. It barely got mentioned. The focus was on the technology and what it might mean. (And, no, I can’t answer questions because I am bound by an NDA.)
Practically everybody there was on their third or fourth successful startup. Yet, they were modest, unassuming people. There wasn’t a single Rolex or diamond ring. The CEO had rented a Dodge SRT super car. But his daily driver at home is a Prius.
Socialists are addicted to seizing personal wealth more voraciously than any addict.
Never trust anyone who drives
a prius.
he would know
I need a house, Bernie. Give me one of yours.
Sounds like Bernie is ramping up for the final solution to the problem of the wealthy and middle class. Mao would be proud.
Bernie thinks that “cold turkey” is the best cure, too.
I think there has been a decision on the part of Democrats and the liberal elite that says, “We want it all”
Based on bernies wealth, hes just a recreational user.
“Never trust anyone who drives
a prius.”
He is based in California. It’s probably a requirement.
“There’s always been greed in this country - no question about it”
How many houses now Bern? 3?
