Absolutely not. This was a military matter. The Constitution specifies the President as the Commander In Chief. He, not the House, provides strategic leadership. And that includes operational security.

Congress has no role in military operations.

She is still in “mild” phase where she has good days and bad. Docs probably have had her on aricept and/or other drugs to try to stave it off. She may also be on an anti-psychotic used as a mood stabilizer but can cause tardive dyskinesia.

None of that matters until her judgement begins to go. If Trump is aware of her problems, which he hints at, it would be impossible to trust her access to military battle plans in advance. Sigh.
