How to whack the koran-
In increments, get judgments that Muhammadanism is a political organization and subject to appropriate “supervision”.
It would be a good start to stop proclaiming that 'Islam means peace' (or whatever nonsense our Saudi paid for politicians espouse).
And provide honest history lessons, ranging from the slave trade established and propagated by islamics, and Islam's war against the non-Islam world for the past 1400 years.
We don't do any of that. We teach lies to our children.
Another alternative is to espouse the Ahmadi (spelling?) brand of Islam. They apparently 'spiritualize' the Koran - and don't take the instructions to 'convert, or enslave, or murder' commands literally. I have no problem with their guiding principles (yes, I'd prefer that they were Christians, and we want their Salvation - but at least we don't have to worry about them going 'Sudden Jihadi Syndrome' on us).
