I know one who had a very promising career who bought a small bar as a side business.

Every federal program such as one like this is just another tax per cash box to be raided by DC politicians. How do you suppose so many Congress pukes become millionaires while in office. While far too many in this country go without, Crooked lying Joe Biden has exposed just how DC works, it works for them at the expense of us!
Does that mean it’s no longer “Learn to Code” but it’s now “Learn to Dope”?
When it’s illegal, we’re told how expensive & ineffective it is to criminalize harmless activities that people will engage in anyway.
Let’s legalize it and tax it to pay for affordable housing and programs for the mentally ill!
