They don’t need to give immunity to anyone. They all need to pay some penalty. This cant be tolerated or allowed to happen again.

They all need to pay Flynn compensation - biggly. Till they and their heirs are broke to the 10th generation and come annually to piss on their graves.

Unfortunately in the real world this is the only way that big conspiracies get rolled-up. Offer a couple of players immunity in exchange for squealing.

He will get Clinton sentence. Turn in his law license. Then the 60 days on electronic monitoring. Otherwise 5 to 10 in medium security facility. He knows federal conviction rate is like 94 %. Conviction in federal court has mandatory sentencing and no parole. You do the time the whole time.

First one in always gets the best deal. That doesn’t mean no conviction, no jail. It means, generally, a lesser sentence based on cooperation. Baker is a lawyer - he knows the score. If this is true, it was a good move for him and for accountability.

When I think penalty I think of my son in the penalty box for high sticking for 2 minutes. Id like to see prison for years.
